I have a question regarding Future Employment salary start date because my current salary is a little bit lower then the salary in PERM
and I-140.
I have approved PERM and I-140 with priority date in December 2005.

I'm going to apply 485 and probably EAD in July.

The future job salary in my approved PERM and I-140 is $30/hour

At present time I earn $29/hour.

When does my employer should start to pay $30/hour?
1) Before I submitted 485
2) After I submitted 485
3) After I submitted EAD
4) After I got EAD approval
5) After I got 485 approval

Hi,
I Think you need not worry. Air-india will stop in paris for 1 or 2 hours for fuel. They will not allow you to get down from flight. So, technically no stop in paris. I came through air-india last week. No need of french visa. Go by what air-india says. Regarding NJ-Newyork.. let others can answer. No problem as long as u have full AP Papers.

I received a duplicate order from Hewlett-Packard. Per the customer service person I was instructed to remove the shipping label and write the return number on the box, then call Fed Ex for a pickup, all of which I did. Now, a few weeks later my credit card account has not been credited. I've called the customer service people several times, and received a transmitting tracking number for the return. I've called Fed Ex who say what I have is not adequate to track the item supposedly sitting at their warehouse. I've spoken to the supervisor at HP, and she, like everyone else, keeps referring my problem to the "return specialist", who is supposed to query Fed Ex about this, but nothing happens. Their excuse is that they don't have the actual tracking number to do this. One HP rep I spoke to told me that the return item had not been scanned since the initiation of the return, implying negligence. Yeah somebody dropped the ball. Where do I go next to get some action taken?

If you ask them to expedite then you are talking to a wall..which means that is next to impossible. I requested them to expedite my EAD renewal twice and they refused to do so (email reply). My case is 78 days old now and the current EAD is expiring in a month from now.

If the priority dates are not current for the category in which your parents are seeking a green card, then they will have to wait for the priority dates to become current before they can apply I-485. You can check the Visa Bulletin for more info.

It's only IV members. We did decide on few things last time, We have some new ideas, to talk. Obviously we need more people to carry on with the efforts...There are several private bills that are being placed in the queue as well as I see a separate bill for foreign nurses is coming up for discussion, we I feel we should talk to our lawmakers to bail us out of the EB-3/EB-2 India/china messWho other than IV is expected or invited in this call? Do we have any agenda, or just a brain storming?

While the issues being highlighted may lean towards those being termed as illegal aliens, I wouldn't be so quick to call these organizations as exclusively illegal immigrant interest groups. I dont think there is one (at least legally). However, even if revoked, you may apply for new H1 (without quota bar, if you are within 6 years). The IO may or may not give you a new I94, so you may have to exit the country to get a new visa/I94.

uh? no time period to transfer h1b?? does anyone have a clarification on this point?

i heard it was between 10 days to 2 weeks???

Hello there

I was in same boat except my extention is for 3 year. I asked Att. Ron same that my labor and I 140 is approved and what if I leave this company and join new one and current one withdraw all papers. As per RON once you have I 140 approved and even if company withdraw it u can get 3 years unlimited extention with new company as long as new company apply for GC. Doesnot mean u need anything approved but should be under process. PERM or I 140 OR I 485.
